Information you send us
When you submit the contact form on this website, the details you enter (your name, email address, phone number, the topics you select, and your message) are sent to us by email so we can respond to your inquiry. The form does not store your information in a website database. Information you share by form, email or phone is used to respond to your inquiry and provide the services you request.
Sensitive information
Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, tax documents or other sensitive financial information through the contact form or ordinary email. We will discuss a secure way to share those materials when needed.
Website hosting
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited in order to operate and secure the site.
Website Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to better understand how visitors use this website and to improve its performance, usability and marketing effectiveness. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages visited, approximate visit time and duration, the referring website or traffic source, browser type, device type, operating system, general geographic information derived from your IP address, and website interactions. We do not use Google Analytics to collect your precise physical location.
The website may measure interactions such as page views, beginning a contact form, successful contact-form submissions, clicking our business phone number, and clicking consultation-request buttons. These measurements record that an interaction happened — the information you type into the contact form (such as your name, email address, phone number or message) is not sent to Google Analytics.
We use this information to understand website traffic, identify which pages visitors find useful, measure website performance, improve website design and usability, understand how visitors discover the website, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
We do not intentionally send sensitive tax or financial information to Google Analytics. Please do not enter Social Security numbers, EINs or other tax identification numbers, banking information, tax documents or financial account information anywhere on this website.
Google Analytics uses first-party cookies and similar browser technologies to distinguish visitors and sessions. This website does not currently use advertising, remarketing or personalized-advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Google processes analytics information on behalf of website operators under Google's applicable privacy and data-processing terms. Google is not affiliated with and does not endorse Brass Tax Services. To learn more, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy.
